Rating

The rating of a residential complex on the basis of the ÖKOPASS is carried out in two steps, a preliminary assessment at the beginning of the construction work and a final assessment with the awarding of the IBO ÖKOPASS after completion of the construction work and before the flats are handed over.

Preliminary assessment

The preliminary assessment of a residential complex is carried out on the basis of the planning documents and measured values of buildings of a similar design that have already been completed.

Final assessment

After completion of the residential complex, the individual criteria are verified by the IBO and the respective testing agencies. The measured data are entered in the measurement and test report for the residential complex. Then the residential complex is described in the IBO ÖKOPASS with the quality determined on the basis of measurements, and the IBO ÖKOPASS is given to the residents of the flats when the handing-over for the flats is carried out. The residents can look up the detailed measurement results in the extensive measurement and test report.
