EU GreenBuilding

Building 3 is the recently (2014) new built part of the Shopping Centre AUHOF CENTER in 1140 Vienna. It was planned and built with the aim of energy saving and a small carbon footprint. The main goal for the investor and owner was to operate the building with low running cost thus to improve the competitiveness in terms of renting – similar to Building 6, which is already partner in the Green Building Programme since 2014.
