Required documents for EU GreenBuilding Programme Partner applications (applications from 2016)

  • GB Application Tool from 2016
  • Submission form (Partner)
  • Submission form (Endorser)
  • 2 to 3 photos in printable resolution which include photo rights and approval for publication in relevant media
  • Energy performance certificate(s), for refurbishments this must include before and after certificates
  • Energy audit (if applicable)
  • Brief description of the building services concept, and supplementary documentation on HVAC components if applicable
  • Project plans (site plan, floor plan, section plan)
  • Yield forecasts for PV systems taking into account the shading situation
