General refurbishment with elevator installation and attic conversion in accordance with the City of Vienna Room Book for public buildings including barrier-free planning taking into account the Vienna Anti-Discrimination Act 09/2010 and fire protection measures in accordance with the guidelines of the City of Vienna for public buildings.
Facade insulation, window and door replacement, external sun protection, change of room structure on all floors, installation of necessary wet groups and kitchenettes.
Formation of fire compartments and escape routes. Equipped with new floor and wall coverings, suspended ceilings, new interior doors.
Development of the attic in lightweight construction with steel construction and wood infill, dry construction walls and spacer floor (earthquake standard load balance).
