klimaaktiv buildings represents energy efficiency, ecological quality, comfort and quality of workmanship. To make the quality of a building measurable and comparable, the klimaaktiv building standard was developed. The 1,000 point system distinguishes buildings that meet particularly high requirements. Many examples show that ambitious building has its place in Austria.

The IBO efficiently leads certifications to a high score with many years of experience. Auditors can also outsource individual verifications such as OI3 calculations, presentation of disposal properties or the recyclability of products, data and verification compilations to IBO.
