The baubook green procurement information platform details the criteria for an ecologically optimised construction tender from "ÖkoKauf Wien" and the service package "Sustainable building in the community".

The criteria catalogue was compiled by the IBO on behalf of the partner Interreg IVa project "Service package – Sustainable building for communities" in coordination with the criteria catalogues of "ÖkoKauf Wien".

"ÖkoKauf Wien” is the city's ecological and sustainable procurement programme with which (construction) products have been procured, installed or used as environmentally friendly as possible since 1998.

The ”Sustainable building for communities” service package from the environmental association (Vorarlberg), Energieinstitut Vorarlberg and SPEKTRUM Bauphysik & Bauökologie GmbH provides assistance for ecological building and renovation in the community.

WECOBIS- Planning & Tendering Guides

The WECOBIS Planning and Tendering Guide is intended to support planners in evaluating and effectively implementing material-ecological requirements during the planning stage. The module can be used to select building materials and products throughout the entire planning process. It provides the knowledge and tools to efficiently evaluate building materials in terms of sustainability, health and environmental impact and to set the relevant requirements for the building products in planning and tendering.
